Terms of Service

PixCraft is a photo editing and creative design application that provides a wide range of editing tools, AI-powered features, and visual effects, including but not limited to:

• Photo editor and collage maker
• Camera tools
• Image compression, resize, and format conversion
• Crop, adjust, filter, exposure, HSL, ratio, blur, and shape tools
• Text, stickers, paint, draw, mosaic, and frame features
• Advanced effects such as cutout, background editing, neon, drip, glitch, motion, splash, overlay, silhouette, pattern, portrait, body, profile, and mirror
• A Trending AI Templates suite and creative editing tools, described in Section 4

Features may be updated, modified, removed, or improved at any time without prior notice.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms in your jurisdiction to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. AI face and portrait features, including Face Swap and AI Headshot, must not be used by or applied to images of minors without appropriate parental supervision and consent.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Kuhu Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use PixCraft for personal and lawful creative purposes. This license does not grant you ownership of the App or any of its content, technology, or branding.

3.1 Account Registration & Authentication

To access certain features, sync your Coin balance, or restore purchases across devices, you may register or log in using:

• Google Sign-In — authenticated securely via Google Identity Services.
• Facebook Login — authenticated securely via Meta Platforms.
• Email & Password — authenticated via Firebase Authentication with industry-standard cryptographic hashing. Kuhu Labs never stores or has access to your plaintext password.
• Guest Mode (Anonymous) — you may use basic editing tools and explore the app without logging in. Note that guest accounts are tied to your local device installation; clearing app data or uninstalling the app may result in the irreversible loss of guest Coin balances and project history.

3.2 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@pixcraft.site if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; you may not sell, rent, share, or assign your account or Coin balance to any other person.

3.3 Account Deletion

You have the absolute right to delete your PixCraft account at any time. You can initiate immediate deletion directly within the App by navigating to Profile > Settings > Delete Account (or visit our Account Deletion Page), or by emailing a deletion request to info@pixcraft.site or info@pixcraft.site. Upon account deletion, all authentication tokens, profile details, and virtual Coin balances are permanently and irreversibly purged from our active databases.

PixCraft provides an extensive suite of AI-powered creative engines that transform, enhance, repair, or generate visual content based on prompts, source images, and editing directives you supply.

4.1 AI Tools & Creative Features

• Trending AI Templates & Styles — provides pre-curated viral aesthetic templates (including Studio Ghibli art styles, 90s retro yearbook trends, anime aesthetics, and social trends added continuously). Users simply tap a template, select their photo, and the AI transforms their image into the chosen template style without requiring text prompts.
• AI Face Suite — provides Face Swap, AI Headshots, Anime Avatars, Travel Compositing, Cosplay Transformation, and Vintage/Time Travel portraits. All face-processing features require prior likeness consent under Section 7.
• AI Restoration & Enhancement — includes AI Photo Enhance (denoise, deblur, unsharp mask), AI Colorize (black-and-white photo colorization), AI Upscale (super-resolution detail enhancement), AI Restore, and intelligent AI Cutout / Background Removal.

4.2 Dynamic Coin Consumption

Generating or enhancing images using our cloud AI infrastructure consumes virtual Coins. The exact Coin cost for each operation is clearly displayed in the user interface prior to confirmation. Coin costs may vary according to the computational complexity, resolution, model selection, or processing pipeline required. See Section 5 for detailed Coin economy rules.

Coins (also referred to as Tokens) are the virtual in-app credit used to run cloud AI generation, editing, and enhancement features described in Section 4.

• ✓Consumable virtual item. Coins are solely consumable virtual credits within PixCraft. Coins carry no real-world cash value, accrue no interest, and cannot be redeemed, refunded, transferred, or exchanged for real money, fiat currency, or external goods and services.
• ✓First-Time Welcome Coins. When you create an account or open PixCraft for the first time, your account is credited with 5 free Welcome Coins to test and explore AI features. To prevent automated abuse and multi-account exploitation, the Welcome Coin grant is strictly limited to one allocation per unique physical device.
• ✓Rewarded Ad Coins. You may earn additional free Coins by watching rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob, subject to the conditions and verification procedures detailed in Section 11.
• ✓Automatic Refund on Generation Failure. In the event that an AI generation or enhancement fails, times out, or is cancelled due to a backend outage or network disruption before completion, any Coins deducted for that specific operation ID are automatically credited back to your balance following server status verification. Coins consumed for completed, delivered generations are non-refundable.
• ✓Server-Authoritative Ledger & Anti-Tampering. All Coin balances, deductions, and credits are securely managed by our authoritative Cloudflare server ledger. Any attempt to modify local app memory, spoof device identifiers, tamper with network packets, replay transaction tokens, or fabricate purchase receipts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate, permanent account termination.

Additional Coins can be purchased at any time via consumable coin packs or unlocked through PRO subscription plans — see Section 10 for billing details.

PixCraft allows you to upload, edit, create, save, and export images and designs ("User Content"). You retain ownership of the content you create or upload, but you are solely responsible for it.

• You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to use all images, graphics, text, and other content you upload or edit using the App, including images used with AI features.
• You must obtain appropriate consent before using another person's likeness, face, or image with AI face tools such as Face Swap, AI Headshot, or AI Avatar.
• You must not use the App to create, store, share, or export content that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, misleading, non-consensual, or otherwise objectionable.
• You must not violate the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.

Face Swap, Magic Photo Edit, and other AI features that process a person's likeness carry additional obligations:

• By uploading a photo of yourself or another person, you confirm you hold the legal right and consent needed to use that photo with PixCraft's AI features.
• You must not upload another person's photo for AI processing without their knowledge and permission.
• Uploaded photos are held in temporary, encrypted memory only for the duration required to render the AI result. Photos are not permanently stored by PixCraft once processing is complete, except where you separately choose to save the output within the App.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, infringing, or unauthorized purpose
• Use AI features to create non-consensual intimate imagery, defamatory deepfakes, or fraudulent impersonations of real people
• Use AI features on images of minors in any inappropriate or unauthorized manner
• Use AI-generated outputs to mislead, deceive, defraud, or harm any individual or organization
• Attempt to manipulate, spoof, hack, or reverse-engineer the Coin balance ledger, AdMob reward callbacks, Google Play purchase tokens, or API proxy headers
• Falsify device identifiers, hardware fingerprints, or network requests to artificially trigger welcome bonuses or bypass usage rate-limits
• Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the App's source code, backend API endpoints, or private credentials
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of our cloud servers and third-party AI models
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or script runners to interact with the App or exploit promotional features
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person, entity, or account owner

PixCraft complies with Google Play's AI-Generated Content Policy. The following rules apply to every AI Template and image processing request:

In-app content reporting. Every AI result includes a Report option that lets you flag inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating output directly to Kuhu Labs for review. Reported content and accounts may be actioned under Section 18.

PixCraft offers optional PRO subscription plans and one-time consumable Coin packs to enhance your creative workflow. All purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and Billing Policies.

10.1 Dynamic Pricing & Products

Current subscription tiers (such as Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual plans) and one-time consumable Coin packs are displayed dynamically inside the App prior to purchase. Applicable prices, taxes, and promotional discounts are calculated and clearly shown in your local currency on the official Google Play checkout screen.

Subscription benefits may include ad-free photo editing, higher daily generation quotas, access to premium tools, and periodic Coin allocations. Consumable Coin packs credit a fixed quantity of Coins directly to your server-authoritative balance upon successful payment verification.

10.2 Auto-Renewal & Billing Cycle

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually) at the then-current standard rate, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Google Play account is charged upon confirmation of purchase and on each recurring renewal date.

10.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play account by navigating to Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > PixCraft > Cancel Subscription. Upon cancellation, your PRO benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period; you will not be charged on the subsequent renewal date.

Except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws or official Google Play refund policies, all purchases of subscriptions and consumable Coin packs are final, non-refundable, and non-creditable once delivered. Unused Coins have no monetary cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash upon account cancellation or deletion.

PixCraft is supported in part by third-party advertisements served via Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, native, and opt-in rewarded video formats. Your interactions with advertisements and third-party offers are solely between you and the respective advertiser.

11.1 Server-Side Verification (SSV) for Rewarded Ads

Users may choose to watch rewarded video advertisements in exchange for free Coins. To ensure fairness and prevent fraudulent reward claims, PixCraft employs Google AdMob Server-Side Verification (SSV):

• Reward Coins are not credited based on client-side app notifications alone.
• When an ad view is fully completed, Google AdMob cryptographically signs and transmits a verification ping directly to our Cloudflare backend server.
• Our server independently verifies Google's ECDSA cryptographic signature and transaction identifier before authoritatively adding the earned Coins to your account balance.
• To prevent automated ad exhaustion and protect network integrity, rewarded ad credits are subject to a daily ceiling (up to 10 rewarded ads per calendar day) and mandatory cooldown intervals (minimum 30 seconds between consecutive ads).

PRO subscribers enjoy an ad-free interface during standard photo editing tools, though they may still optionally choose to watch rewarded videos if they desire supplementary Coins.

The App relies on third-party infrastructure, including cloud GPU and AI model providers, analytics, crash reporting, billing systems, and advertising networks, to deliver AI Template and image editing results. Your use of the App may also be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.

The App, including its design, interface, technology, software, logos, trademarks, and other materials (excluding User Content), is owned by or licensed to Kuhu Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

AI-generated outputs produced from your prompts or uploaded photos may be saved and exported for your personal use. Kuhu Labs does not claim ownership over images you generate. Because AI models can produce similar results for different users from similar prompts, we do not guarantee that any output is unique.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or exploit any part of the App itself except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any part of PixCraft at any time, with or without notice, including AI features that depend on third-party AI or cloud GPU availability.

PixCraft is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuhu Labs disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability. We do not guarantee that AI-generated results will always be accurate, realistic, or satisfactory, or that edits and exports will always be preserved without loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuhu Labs, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, images, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the App, including due to server or cloud GPU outages
• Results generated by AI features, including their quality, accuracy, or likeness
• Misuse of AI tools or AI-generated content by you or others
• Data loss, file corruption, or export failures
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content or Token balance
• Third-party advertisements or services
• Purchases, subscriptions, or billing issues handled by Google Play or other processors

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kuhu Labs and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App and its AI features, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person, including misuse of AI face tools without consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PixCraft at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if your use of the App — including misuse of AI features or the Token system — may create risk, liability, or harm to us or others.

Your use of PixCraft is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle photos and data processed through AI features, including the temporary storage described in Section 7. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the App are subject to the competent courts located in Gujarat, India.

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to AI features, the Token Economy, or third-party AI providers. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
